SVN | Northco was engaged as the seller's representative for the sale of Harpole's Heartland Lodge (HHL), a premier Midwest resort and hunting lodge situated in the scenic Mississippi River Valley of Illinois. Spanning 1,392 acres, this world-renowned year-round destination offers exceptional growth and development opportunities to continue to build upon the already successful operations. The resort's accommodations include the Original Lodge with eleven rooms and two suites, as well as seven rooms and suites in each of the Prairie Ridge and Sunset Valley Lodges. In addition, guests can enjoy the Heavenly View and Quail Ridge cabins with four rooms each, and four private luxury cabins. HHL sleeps over 100 people.
HHL is recognized as one of the country’s top hunting lodges, offering exceptional whitetail deer hunting, along with prime upland bird, waterfowl, and turkey hunting.
