Northco becomes affiliated with Grubb & Ellis (now Newmark)

2006

Frank and Angela Jermusek acquire an ownership interest in Northco.

2006

Northco acquires 5353 Wayzata Boulevard office building in St. Louis Park and relocates offices.

Northco starts Golf and Hospitality divisions.

Northco joins SVN.
