Many Minneapolis manufacturing buildings and warehouses have been re-purposed into housing, parking and other enterprises which has brought down the number of blue collar jobs in downtown.  The industrial companies have shifted their focus to the suburbs leaving many of these mammoth buildings behind.
 
One such property, represented for sale by Frank Jermusek, is I-94 “The Loop” located at 620 Olson Memorial Highway.  According to Jermusek, “Prospective buyers considered using the property for office space, manufacturing, indoor parking, multifamily, and hospitality.”
